Your wellness is our priority. We have implemented multiple Covid-19 Protocols to safeguard your health and well being during your treatments


We have completed the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention and Control Course and developed new concepts to offer our client treatments in the safest possible manner.


We have implemented the following safety system into our Clinic - The Sanity System. The system is tested and certified 99.9% effective in the elimination of Covid19, Pathogen, E.coli, MRSI. This system is to ensure the utmost safety of our clients.


Our aim is to ensure a safe business operation and we would ask for your help to follow the guidelines below:


Booking Appointments


If any of our staff feel ill or have symptoms of C0VlD-19, they will self-isolate immediately and not come into the Clinic. This may mean that we have to cancel your appointment at short notice. We appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled you will be able to re-book again.


If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms of C0VlD-19 – please advise us as soon as possible and DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. You will be turned away if you show signs of being unwell. (Even if you are convinced it is a common cold PLEASE DO NOT VISIT – some of our team live with vulnerable family members and it is important we keep them safe). 


We have amended our booking terms and conditions and you will not be charged for any appointments which you miss due Covid-19 illness. Deposits/booking fees can be rescheduled until further notice but cannot be refunded.


Visiting the Clinic


For your safety and to maintain social distancing, we ask that you attend your appointments as close to the appointment time as possible. Please do not turn up early for appointments as this may mean that you come into contact with other clients who are just leaving. Please text the Clinic on your arrival and remain in your car until you are notified that it is safe to enter the clinic.


Please attend your appointment alone in order to reduce human contact for our staff. Unfortunately, friends and family members cannot enter the premises. If you have booked appointments with friends /family members back to back then please continue to come to the clinic alone – one at a time. We understand that you may be from the same household but this is in order to protect our staff and others in the clinic.


We have increased the frequency of cleaning in the clinic including making sure that common surfaces, toilets door handles etc. are wiped clean using disinfectant products between each client. All tools and equipment will be disinfected or sterilised in line with the specific manufacturers’ instructions for your safety.



Wherever possible we will utilise environmentally friendly, single-use items during a treatment that will be disposed of safely after use in order to protect you from cross-contamination.
